ELIMINATION OF CAPILLARITY IN THE WALLS WITH A NEW HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL WATER SEAL.<\/p>\n

In our company, design and promotion Aparicio & Chaves, we make all sorts of jobs with great professionalism and perfectionism. In this case, we have worked with a very common problem on Mallorca constructions and which in many cases are difficult to solve; this problem we will repair in a house with water damage on the walls, called capillarity. We solve it with a new horizontal and vertical seal.<\/p>\n

    – Remove water on all external walls in an isolated house.<\/p>\n

    – Cause: The horizontal and vertical division of the walls is missing.<\/p>\n

      –\u00a0INJECTION OF THE MICRO-EMULSION BASED ON SILICONE, FOR THE CAMERAS OF THE BLOCKS AND POSTERIOR PROCESS (painting of tar)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

      The microemulsion is injected with a low-pressure pump. In each valve, a volume of one liter is injected and 10 injection points are set for each meter.<\/p>\n

      Econdly, we will flood the chambers of the blocks. Each block is drilled with a 20 mm drill. to inject one liter of microemulsion into each chamber. The injection is performed with a special lance.<\/p>\n

      Then we disassemble all the valves and repair the holes. All injection holes are sealed with a special mortar. With all the semicircular edges made in the walls below the neutral level, they are painted with tar, then we put tarred cardboard and to protect this cardboard, we replace it with a protective sheet.<\/p>\n

      To finish it, we will place a drainage tube before filling to remove rainwater, in this case up to two infiltration wells.<\/p>\n

      – FILLED WITH GRAINS AND REFINED WITH SPECIAL PIPE<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

      To complete the process of repair by capillarity, we will fill the perimeter of the house with gravel and we will put a special plaster on the surfaces where we have removed the damaged plaster.<\/p>\n
